The Vero family provides users of Eden printing systems the ability to produce opaque models that closely resemble the look of the end products. Currently available as VeroBlue, VeroWhite, VeroGray, VeroBlack, Vero materials also offer enhanced mechanical properties and the ability to withstand bending.
VeroGray FullCure®850, the new member of the Vero family of opaque model materials, provides excellent dimensional stability, great detail visualization, and surface quality. It provides all the benefits of the Vero family, including high reliability and long shelf life. VeroGray is supported by all Eden family printers and by the Connex500 printer.
A unique combination of low water absorption value (ASTM D570-98 24Hr) and heat deflection temperature (ASTM D-648) enables VeroGray models to preserve their dimensions in the kind of environmental conditions in which models are exposed during transit. These traits make it an excellent choice for service bureaus in particular.
VeroGray also offers excellent flexural strength (95 MPa) and flexural modulus along with tensile strength of 60 MPa making it perfect for engineering simulation and structural testing. With the superb surface quality and detail visualization of the opaque, rigid VeroGray material, models look and feel like molded plastic parts. This is valuable whenever plastic simulation is required such as for toys, automotive products, consumer electronics, medical equipment, and piping.
