EDEN 3D PRINTERS

Eden 3D Printing Systems offer unparalleled return on investment for professional rapid prototyping applications. Printing with the high accuracy of ultra-thin 16µ layers, all Eden systems produce models with exceptionally fine details and smooth surfaces.

With the Eden 3D Printing Systems family, you can select the system that best suits your 3D rapid prototyping needs. The compact design and the clean process of Objet’s Eden systems make these machines ideal for any office environment.

Based on Objet’s innovative PolyJet™ technology, the Eden family of printers gives you maximum flexibility to achieve the quality you need in different timeframes. The choice of materials opens opportunities for a wide range of applications by producing models and parts with varying properties in terms of flexibility, elongation at break, and color. The same high accuracy, detail, and surface quality are maintained regardless of material choice.

The Eden family includes:

Eden500V™

The Eden500V is the best solution for large-size model requirements or when high productivity is vital. Its build size of up to 500 x 400 x 200mm eliminates the need to glue smaller pieces together for large models and enables simultaneous printing of multiple models on a single build tray – cutting production time for models of all sizes.

Eden350/350V™

Eden350V and Eden350 offer a flexible, high-quality way to compress the product design-to-manufacturing cycle. With a full 350 x 350 x 200mm build size, these systems offer the flexibility to produce a single large model or multiple smaller models in one build. For maximum unattended operation, the Eden350V supports four jumbo material cartridges and automatic switching between cartridges, providing 72 hours of productivity without operator intervention and weekend staffing costs.

Eden260V™

The economical Eden260V rapid prototyping and 3-dimensional printing system provides high resolution in all axes with no difference in print speed. Featuring a compact footprint and sleek exterior design, the Eden260V printing mode choices and four cartridge material capacity gives you a flexible, cost effective solution without compromising speed or quality.

Eden250™

A perfect entry point into the world of rapid prototyping, the Eden250 3D printer provides a complete solution for the accurate building of any geometry quickly, easily, and cost effectively.

EDEN 3D PRINTERS – KEY BENEFITS

Outstanding accuracy, surface features and fine details

  • Horizontal layers of 16µ (0.0006”)
  • High resolution in all axes
  • Typical tolerance of just 0.1mm
  • Eliminates the stair effect common to complicated curved surfaces built in lower resolution
  • Produces ultra-fine details usually only available with high-cost 3D Printers
  • Thin walls down to 0.6mm (0.024”)

Clean, smooth surfaces

  • Easy-to-remove support material enables complex geometries at any angle
  • Delivers smooth exterior and interior surfaces, including cavities, without the remnants characteristic of rigid support structures
  • Eliminates finishing and post-building process

Super-high productivity

  • Up to 20mm/hour/strip
  • Easy switching between High Quality and High Speed printing modes.
  • Full weekend unattended operation, using Jumbo materials cartridges (at least 72 hours of non-stop build capacity)
  • Optimax – Automated resin handling

Wide range of model sizes & types

  • Large build size for standard 3-dimensional printing systems – up to 500 x 400 x 200mm (19.3 x 15.4 x 7.9”)
  • Flexibility to efficiently produce many smaller models in the same build, or larger models in a single build, without gluing, saves time and money
  • Supports all FullCure materials
  • Future-ready with built-in infrastructure for additional model materials

Suited for office environments

  • Small footprint
  • Safe, clean, office-friendly process that uses environmentally stable, fully cured materials
  • Easy management & maintenance
  • Single Head Replacement enables easy, in-house replacement of individual jetting heads
  • PolyLog™ built-in materials management system facilitates production control
